For families
When you can't be there yourself, Sara calls at agreed times, checks in on how things are, and lets you know if something needs attention.

Most families aren't looking for something high-tech. They just want a reliable way to know things are okay, without depending entirely on their own calls or visits.
Sarafimo sits gently in the background, like a second set of eyes. It won't replace your relationship, and it's not meant to. It just helps make sure nothing slips through.
Daily check-ins: Sara calls at agreed times to see how things are going.
Gentle prompts: Reminders about meals, medications, or appointments if needed.
Alerts when something's off: If Sara notices anything unusual, a family contact is notified.
No apps required: Sarafimo works over a standard phone line, so there's nothing to learn or install.
Sarafimo is designed for people who are living at home and mostly managing, but who benefit from a calm, consistent check-in. That might include someone recovering after a hospital stay, or someone living with early-stage memory changes.
It's not a replacement for in-person care, but a way to extend support between visits.
If someone is living with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia, Sarafimo adapts its approach. Sara speaks slowly, keeps conversations light, and avoids anything that might feel confusing or pressuring.
We know this is a sensitive area, which is why we work closely with families during onboarding to make sure Sarafimo feels right.
During onboarding, you'll tell us:
When Sara should call and how often
What Sara should focus on (meals, mood, medication etc.)
Who should be contacted if something seems off
Any personal details that help Sara feel familiar (favourite topics, names of pets, etc.)
We're opening access in small groups to make sure Sarafimo is safe, reliable, and genuinely helpful.
